What do you love about CrossFit TORIAN?

Since being at Torian I’ve made some forever friends and have found a family away from home. Torian is not only a gym for me but my happy place. It has pushed me to become stronger both physically and mentally.

I’m originally from Wales, when I first came to Australia I told my mum I’d be back in a year, 10 years later I’m still here with a blue passport and a great tan.

I love the incredible variety of people who walk through Torian’s door. People from all different walks of life, careers, and countries. We come together to make the biggest and best squad.

Some may recognise me from my stints as Lead Judge at the Torian Pro in 2019 and 2021, but I promise I’m nicer than I look on the comp floor haha!
