Master the movements that will improve your coordination, strength, balance, agility, flexibility and speed.

Getting started:

Each new member must complete the Brisbane Barbell Club Fundamentals Program, which is a two-session introduction to the fundamentals of weightlifting. These sessions are critical in setting each individual on the right path for gaining the technical proficiency in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. They will be conducted with no more than four members per coach to ensure the right amount of attention is given to each athlete.

Upon completion of the Fundamentals program, each athlete will receive a personalized program that has been prepared by our expert coaches to maximize each person’s development, and is free to join as a member.
