Absolutely! If you have never done CrossFit before, you can participate in one of our Circuit Training classes for free, which include many elements of CrossFit. To join regular CrossFit, you must complete the CrossFit Fundamentals program to ensure you can become safely accustomed to this style of workout.
If you already have experience with CrossFit, and a sound understanding of its intensity and the associated movements, you can participate in one of our CrossFit or Circuit Training classes for free. After that you must join as a member or pre-pay a drop in rate of $20 per session.
