I’m an experienced athlete. Do I still need to go through the Fundamentals program?

CrossFit is an intense fitness program, and some technical movements can be hazardous for people who do not understand the foundations, regardless of their fitness level.  Our Fundamentals program introduces people to the movements they will encounter in CrossFit programming, while also providing a more controlled environment to learn the more technical lifts correctly.  After two guided sessions and the Coach’s approval, you will be free to proceed with one of the regular membership options.  The Fundamentals program also includes a circuit training session for you to try.
