30ft Backwards sled drag 40/20
*Slam ball must be caught on the full to count as a rep, including the last one


AMRAP in 20:
1 Peg board
15 Hip ext
:30 Dead ball bear hug hold 150/100#
*Rest 1 min
*Sub 2:1 legless rope climbs (15ft) for peg board


Reminders from CrossFit Torian & the Brisbane Barbell Club:

• Just a reminder that we’re operating on a limited schedule on Friday due to the 2017 Compex Torian Pro. We will be on usual hours until 10:30am (i.e. after the 9:30am CrossFit class), at which time the gym will close to enable setup for the big event. The gym will resume normal hours on Monday. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for the inconvenience.
